We met Linda and Michael in the spring of 2019. We had lived in the neighborhood for many years and seen their “For Sale” signs often, so we guessed they were the ones to go to when it came time to sell our home. We guessed right! We went into contract with the builder on our new home and (after months of careful planning) unexpectedly had to sell our property in Evergreen in a hurry. Linda and Michael were fantastic! Their expertise in pricing our home was truly impressive. Linda was indispensable in finding contractors and handymen to do some last minute fixing up, and guiding us through the process of selling. Ultimately, we sold in 7 days at $20k over asking (which was about $50k more than we thought we could get!). On the other end, Linda helped us through the process of buying new construction and identifying a fantastic mortgage broker to work with. I have had the pleasure of working with Linda Colar two times within the past few years. My first experience with working with Linda was in 2012, she worked with me over the course of several months to find a home in a very competitive market at the time. Linda’s office was located approximately 40 min away from my target area and she never failed to accompany me to all my home viewings whether they were private showings or to an open house I could simply have gone to on my own. We just wanted to say thank you to Michael and Linda for the incredible job they did on the sale of our home. We had to sell our house sooner than expected and were worried about selling late in the fall. We really thought it might sit vacant through the holidays. The Colar Team reassured us and were confident that they would be able to sell our home. From the minute we set up our initial consultation to meet them, through escrow they were right there with us. Linda and Michael assisted us with two transactions. We had to sell our home and purchase a new one. In the business of selling our home, it was on the market in September 2011 and was in pending status within less than 1 week. Linda and Michael had their professional stager assess our home and give us advice on how to best present it at the open house. Linda used MLS as well as Facebook and other internet sources to sell our home. They had one open house the following weekend and that was all it took!
